Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter (target-based/from consultancy) at CareerBloc. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates from multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with clients. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, meeting placement targets, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful role fit. The Recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, prepare job descriptions, and provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress. Daily activities also include using recruitment tools and platforms, managing databases, and ensuring a professional, inclusive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Strong recruitment and consulting skills, including experience in end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, and working with target-based roles.
Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
Solid screening and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit based on role requirements and client expectations.
Effective relationship management skills to collaborate with clients, manage expectations, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present opportunities clearly and manage offer discussions.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet performance targets and deadlines.
Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or agency environments is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic reporting on recruitment metrics is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in HR or recruitment are beneficial.
