Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day social media activities, content creation, research, and engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and managing social media content calendars.
Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Write captions, post copy, and basic social media content.
Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and content ideas.
Assist with Reels, Stories, carousels, and other social media formats.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Track basic social media performance and prepare reports.
Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to deliver posts on time.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of social media analytics is a plus.
