Role Description The HR Intern role at PPStack is a full-time remote position supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The role also involves maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The HR Intern will assist with employee benefits administration, basic personnel management tasks, and preparation of HR documentation and reports. This position offers exposure to HR practices in a dynamic, technology-driven EdTech environment and opportunities to contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including basic compliance and documentation requirements.
Skills in Personnel Management, such as maintaining records, supporting onboarding, and handling routine employee queries.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and willingness to learn HR software platforms.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
