Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Architect role is based in Mumbai and involves leading architectural design projects from concept to completion. The Senior Architect will develop design concepts, prepare detailed drawings and specifications, coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants, and ensure that designs comply with local codes and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding junior team members, reviewing design documentation, participating in client meetings, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The role also involves overseeing integration of design solutions with related software tools, collaborating closely with contractors during execution, and maintaining quality standards across all project stages.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience in leading complex projects.
Proficiency in relevant Software Development or digital tools used in architecture, and experience with Integration of design workflows and systems.
Proven Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognized institution and registration/licensure as an architect, where applicable.
Advanced skills in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and approval processes in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
Ability to mentor team members, work collaboratively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and design quality.
