Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect / Interior Designer role based in Bhopal. The role involves developing architectural and interior concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and creating space plans, material palettes, and mood boards. The Architect / Interior Designer will coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into project deliverables. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the project team, working with contractors and vendors, overseeing design execution on-site, and ensuring that work aligns with design intent, timelines, and quality standards. The role also includes basic project documentation, estimation support, and participation in design reviews.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, aesthetic spaces.
Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
Ability to work with Integration-related aspects of projects, such as coordinating structural, MEP, and interior details into cohesive designs.
Familiarity with relevant Software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D modeling, and rendering software) for design, documentation, and visualization.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or an equivalent qualification.
Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and an understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and team members on-site.
Willingness to be present on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, creative environment.
