Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Engineering Manager at Infinite NXT. The Engineering Manager will lead a distributed engineering team, set technical direction, and ensure high-quality delivery of product features for the investment app and related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and overseeing software development projects, coordinating integrations with internal and external systems, and collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams. The role involves mentoring engineers, establishing best practices for code quality and reliability, managing timelines and dependencies, and proactively identifying technical risks and opportunities for improvement. The Engineering Manager will also contribute to scaling the platform, enhancing performance and security, and supporting a culture of continuous learning and inclusive collaboration.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management skills, including experience overseeing technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, with hands-on experience in modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-based architectures.
Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivery in an agile setting.
Candidates should possess Integration experience, particularly in connecting APIs, payment gateways, third-party services, and internal platforms.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience building or scaling fintech, investment, or high-availability consumer applications is highly beneficial.
Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively across remote teams, and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Understanding of security, compliance, and reliability best practices in software systems is an advantage.
