Role Description The Finance Manager (Hospitality) role at Jobsomega is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. The Finance Manager will oversee daily financial operations for hospitality clients, including managing cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring revenue and expenses. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and coordinating with internal and external auditors. The role involves analyzing financial performance, recommending cost control measures, and supporting management in strategic and operational decision-making. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align financial plans with business objectives and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting in the hospitality sector.
15 + Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for hotels, resorts, or related hospitality businesses.
Ability to manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP or accounting systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Mater's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
Prior experience as a Finance Manager or senior finance professional in hospitality is strongly preferred.
