Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shimla. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with workers and subcontractors, and ensure that work is executed according to design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, conducting quality checks, maintaining site documentation, and communicating with clients and other stakeholders. The role also involves resolving technical issues on-site, supporting structural and civil engineering decisions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site coordination skills and experience managing construction activities directly at the project location.
