Legal Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Manager.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Litigation & Dispute Management, along with exposure to corporate legal and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle and manage domestic and international litigation and disputes.
* Manage consumer, employment, contractual, arbitration and court matters.
* Coordinate with external and international legal counsels.
* Support litigation strategy, legal research, evidence, documentation and case management.
* Assist with settlement discussions and dispute resolution.
* Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
* Handle legal notices and provide legal advice to internal teams.
* Advise on employment law, regulatory compliance, data privacy and IP matters.
* Monitor legal and regulatory developments and support internal compliance.
* Work closely with HR, Finance, Product and Business teams on legal matters.
Requirements
* LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.
* 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
* Strong experience specifically in Litigation & Dispute Management.
* Good understanding of contractual, employment and regulatory matters.
* Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
* Experience working with external/foreign counsels is an advantage.
* Exposure to cross-border legal matters is a plus.
