Key Responsibilities
Field Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day pest control operations, route planning, scheduling, and technician dispatch across
Chennai.
Team Management & Training: Lead, mentor, and train field technicians and supervisors to ensure high standards of service, safety, and profess
ionalism.
Quality & Compliance Assurance: Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols, chemical handling r
egulation
Client Relationship Management: Manage key client accounts, handle escalations, conduct site audits, and ensure exceptional customer retention.
Resource & Inventory Optimization: Manage equipment, chemical inventory, and operational expenditure to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Performance Reporting: Monitor operational KPIs (service completion rates, customer feedback, response times) and report directly to senior leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within pest control, facility management, logistics, or field services.
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute within Chennai.
Skills: Strong team leadership, problem-solving, route optimization, and client communication skills.
Languages: Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written) is required for effective client and field team management.
