Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing HR operations, designing and implementing company policies, and driving strategic initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. The Senior HR Manager will also manage recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance with regulatory standards. Ensuring employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness through HR best practices will be a key focus of this position.

Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution skills
Performance Management and Career Development expertise
Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and ethical workplace practices
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
Prior experience in a managerial HR role; having industry-related experience is a plus
