About the Role
The role covers technical leadership, project delivery, team management, client engagement and commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of MEP projects. The successful candidate should combine strong technical expertise with leadership, commercial awareness, and excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of Mechanical/MEP projects across various sectors and project stages.
Take responsibility for technical quality, project delivery and timely completion.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to engineers and design teams.
Review and approve technical packages and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, technical standards and QA/QC requirements.
Manage team resources, workload and utilisation effectively.
Identify training needs and support team development and career growth.
Build a positive and collaborative team environment.
Act as a key client and stakeholder contact and participate in meetings and presentations.
Monitor project performance, resources, deliverables and commercial profitability.
Identify and resolve project and team-related issues.
Support senior leadership in achieving delivery, quality, profitability and business objectives.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and take ownership of decisions within assigned projects and teams.
Candidate Profile
12+ years of relevant experience in building services / MEP consultancy.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Strong technical expertise in Mechanical Building Services.
Proven experience leading MEP projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of project delivery, QA/QC and technical standards.
Strong client-facing, presentation and communication skills.
