Role: Site Lead / Site Manager
Reports To: Regional / Area Operations Head
Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end operational, financial, safety, quality, customer, and people performance of KOLKT20. Translate business strategy into site execution and deliver safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive daily site operations, productivity, throughput, and SLA performance.
Own site budget, controllable costs, and productivity improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and company standards.
Lead workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and capability building.
Manage customer, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Identify operational gaps and drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure asset, infrastructure, inventory, and business-continuity readiness.
Lead operational reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
8–12+ years of relevant operations experience, preferably with site/warehouse/distribution/service-center leadership.
Strong experience in people leadership, cost management, safety, quality, and process improvement.
