Function: Operations
Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end operational, financial, safety, quality, and people performance of the SLGRI1 site. Translate business strategy into local execution and ensure the site consistently delivers productivity, service, safety, quality, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall site operations and ensure achievement of volume, productivity, SLA, quality, and cost targets.
Own site planning, resource utilization, manpower deployment, and operational performance.
Manage site budget, controllable costs, productivity, and continuous cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, SOP, statutory, and company standards.
Build a strong performance-driven culture through coaching, engagement, and talent development.
Monitor operational metrics, identify gaps, and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.
Lead peak operations, escalations, risk management, and business-continuity plans.
Partner with HR, Finance, Safety, Quality, Transportation, RME/Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders.
Drive Lean, Kaizen, automation, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective management of site assets, infrastructure, inventory, and vendor performance.
