Manage end-to-end outbound operations from order allocation/picking to final dispatch.
Ensure on-time processing and dispatch as per business SLA/TAT.
Manage and improve productivity across picking, QC, segregation/sorting, staging and dispatch.
Plan manpower and shift deployment based on volume, workload and hourly requirements.
Monitor hourly productivity, UPH, pick rate, attendance, utilization and manpower efficiency.
Ensure proper batch planning and order allocation to optimize operational capacity.
Monitor pending orders, ageing, late allocation and dispatch pendency and take immediate corrective action.
Ensure accurate picking and sorting with minimum short, excess, wrong and damaged shipments.
Drive inventory accuracy and coordinate with the inventory/IB team for discrepancies.
Ensure proper staging, dock management and vehicle loading to avoid delays and transit-related issues.
Coordinate with transportation/last-mile teams for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
Analyze shrinkage, damages, cancellations, mis-picks and operational losses and drive RCA/action plans.
Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with 5S, safety, quality and operational standards.
Manage and develop the supervisory and associate teams, including performance reviews and training.
