Role Purpose
Manage and execute end-to-end Outbound (OB) operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfilment while maintaining productivity, quality, and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outbound operations including picking, sorting, packing, staging, and dispatch.
Monitor shift-wise picking productivity, accuracy, and order fulfilment.
Ensure correct SKU, quantity, tote/bin, and order mapping during picking and sorting.
Identify and control short picks, excess picks, wrong SKU, wrong tote, missing SKU, and order mismatches.
Ensure timely batch allocation and picking to prevent order ageing and dispatch delays.
Monitor operational metrics and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order, inventory, and dispatch issues.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, quality, and operational standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, and customer experience.
