Role Purpose
The Sr. Manager – Group Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term roadmap for Spiro across its multiple business verticals. Operating from our India corporate hub, this individual will tackle highly ambiguous, high-stakes business problems with minimal guidance. The role bridges rigorous financial and operational analysis with executive storytelling, directly supporting the senior leadership team and the Board in driving Spiro's global growth agenda..
Key Accountabilities
• Group Strategy Formulation: Partner with cross-vertical business heads to define, refine, and implement the overarching corporate strategy for Spiro's multi-faceted business ecosystem.
• Executive & Board Communication: Synthesize complex strategic initiatives and financial models into high-quality board presentations and executive-level briefs.
• Structured Problem Solving: Deconstruct ambiguous, complex business challenges into structured, data-driven frameworks to unlock growth and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Analytics: Lead deep-dive market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and financial feasibility studies across different business verticals.
• Special Projects Execution: Drive high-priority corporate initiatives from conceptualization to initial pilot stages, ensuring alignment with organizational milestones.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global leadership and internal teams across various geographies to align cross-vertical goals and resolve strategic bottlenecks
Experience
• Management Consulting Foundation: 2–3 years of core experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big 4, or equivalent boutique strategy firms).
• Overall Tenure: A minimum of 5 years post-MBA experience navigating corporate strategy, business planning, or high-stakes corporate development.
• Startup Incubation: Strong consideration will be given to candidates with hands-on startup building experience, especially those who have successfully scaled products or business units in high-growth ecosystems.
• Structured Environments: Proven track record of operating effectively within both structured global corporate frameworks and highly dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Education
• Post-Graduate Degree: MBA or equivalent master's degree from a Tier-1 business school (e.g.,
IIMs, ISB, or premier global counterparts) is mandatory
• Professional Development: Certifications in Renewable Energy, Project Management, or Finance
are an advantage
