Role Description This is a full-time remote Tableau role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across PPStack’s educational and digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into effective data visualizations, and optimizing existing Tableau workbooks for performance and usability. The role also involves integrating data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency, and documenting reporting standards and best practices. The Tableau professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, learning, marketing, and technology to provide insights, build analytics solutions, and support strategic initiatives related to learner outcomes and business performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Tableau skills, including dashboard design, report building, data visualization best practices, and experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Online.
Candidates should possess data analysis and business intelligence skills, such as SQL querying, data modeling, KPI definition, and translating business questions into analytics solutions.
Candidates should possess data management and technical skills, including working with relational databases, ETL processes, data integration from multiple sources, and basic understanding of cloud or modern data platforms.
Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and present actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
Experience in EdTech, education, or digital learning analytics, as well as familiarity with AI, data science, or career analytics, is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
