Role Description The MDM professional at PPStack will manage and maintain master data across platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability for all educational, career, and digital services. In this full-time remote role, the individual will define and implement data governance standards, data models, and integration rules in collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams. Daily tasks include monitoring data quality, resolving data issues, coordinating with stakeholders on data requirements, and documenting data processes and policies. The role also involves supporting analytics and reporting initiatives, optimizing data workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of PPStack’s data architecture and EdTech systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Master Data Management expertise, including data modeling, data governance, data quality management, and data lifecycle control.
Candidates should possess skills in databases and data technologies such as SQL, relational databases, ETL tools, and experience with cloud-based data platforms.
Candidates should possess experience with system integration, APIs, and working with enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, LMS or similar systems).
Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose data issues and design scalable solutions.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and in a remote, distributed environment.
Relevant experience in EdTech, education, or technology-driven organizations is beneficial, along with familiarity with AI-powered platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
