Role Description The Data Management Analyst role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on organizing, maintaining, and analyzing data to support educational products, services, and strategic decisions. In this role, the analyst will manage data quality and integrity across multiple systems, define and implement data standards, and create documentation for data processes and governance. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data, building datasets and reports, performing data analysis to generate insights, and supporting dashboards that inform product development, learner outcomes, and business performance. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, learning design, technology, and marketing to translate data findings into actionable recommendations. The role also involves monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, and helping optimize PPStack’s AI-powered learning and career solutions through data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
Candidates should possess solid Data Management skills, including data governance, data quality assurance, data cleaning, and database or data warehouse familiarity.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document data processes.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to understand stakeholder needs, translate requirements into data solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with data tools such as SQL, Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or Python/R for analysis is beneficial.
Background in EdTech, education, or digital products, and familiarity with AI-powered or online learning platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to data security and privacy best practices.
