Role Description This full-time remote Project Management role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of EdTech, career, and digital projects across PPStack’s service portfolio. The individual will plan and manage project timelines, scope, and resources; coordinate cross-functional teams; and ensure milestones are met in line with quality and budget expectations. Daily activities include organizing project meetings, tracking progress and risks, maintaining documentation, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The role will also involve collaborating with product, content, technology, and operations teams to optimize workflows, improve processes, and support successful launches of new programs and solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Candidates should possess solid Project Planning skills, such as defining scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and managing dependencies.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
Relevant experience in EdTech, technology, consulting, or education-focused projects is beneficial.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and agile or hybrid methodologies is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
