Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Senior Fashion Consultant with a strong background in luxury fashion retail and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized styling and fashion consultation to clients.
Handle premium/HNI clientele and build strong client relationships.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Drive sales through client engagement, follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling.
Maintain strong knowledge of collections, fabrics, styling, and brand aesthetics.
Manage client appointments, trials, fittings, alterations, and post-sales service.
Ensure an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and internal teams for smooth order execution.
Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in luxury fashion/premium retail/designer wear.
Strong communication, styling, and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented with excellent sales and relationship-management abilities.
Well-groomed, confident, articulate, and professionally presented.
Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients will be an advantage.
