Label Anamika Khanna is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Fashion Consultant to join our luxury boutique at DLF Emporio, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
About the Role
The Senior Fashion Consultant will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience, building strong relationships with high-value clients, and driving individual and store sales.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized styling and fashion consultation to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI and high-value clientele.
Drive individual sales and contribute towards achieving overall store targets.
Understand client preferences and recommend products based on their style, occasion and requirements.
Handle client appointments, trials, fittings, alterations and follow-ups.
Develop a strong network of new clients while nurturing existing clientele.
Maintain regular clienteling through calls, messages and personalized communication.
Drive repeat business through excellent customer service and relationship management.
Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, collections, fabrics, silhouettes and styling.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to purchase and after-sales.
Maintain accurate client records and follow CRM practices.
Support visual merchandising, stock coordination and day-to-day boutique operations when required.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in luxury, premium or designer fashion retail.
Experience in luxury fashion / couture / designer wear will be preferred.
Strong experience in client servicing and relationship management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong fashion, styling and product knowledge.
Well-groomed, confident and polished personality.
Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
