Label Anamika Khanna is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our store at DLF Emporio, Vasant Kunj, South Delhi.
About the Role
The Store Manager will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the boutique, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, building strong client relationships, and leading the store team towards business and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead, motivate and develop the store team to deliver exceptional service.
Build and nurture relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and key clientele.
Drive clienteling, customer retention and repeat business.
Ensure a consistently elevated and personalised customer experience.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, inventory and stock management.
Monitor key retail KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
Maintain the brand's luxury standards across customer service, grooming and store presentation.
Coordinate effectively with HO, merchandising, finance and other internal teams.
Ideal Candidate
10+ years of experience in premium/luxury fashion retail.
Prior experience managing a luxury boutique or high-end retail store.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent client relationship and clienteling skills.
Experience in leading and developing retail teams.
Strong communication, leadership and commercial skills.
Passion for luxury fashion with a refined understanding of customer experience.
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
