Role Description The Influencer Marketing Executive (Talent Onboarding) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this position, you will identify, approach, and onboard influencers and content creators aligned with client campaigns and brand objectives. You will maintain regular communication with talent, negotiate collaboration terms, and coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines. The role involves working closely with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns across social media platforms. You will also support reporting and analysis by tracking performance, managing databases of talent, and contributing to continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills to manage influencer relationships and client expectations effectively.
Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize creator-led campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills to secure favorable collaboration terms and build long-term talent partnerships.
Experience working with Instagram, TikTok, and other major social platforms, including basic analytics and campaign tracking.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional creative and production teams.
Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, digital agencies, or entertainment/media production is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
