Role Description
The Content Writer Trainee (Media Agency) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The trainee will assist in researching and writing digital content for campaigns, social media, websites, and artist profiles under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include drafting clear and engaging copy, tailoring content to different platforms and target audiences, and supporting content strategy discussions for influencer and brand campaigns. The role also involves proofreading and refining existing content, coordinating with creative and production teams to align messaging with visuals, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. The trainee will be expected to learn quickly, contribute ideas, and support the documentation and reporting needs of ongoing campaigns.
What you’ll do:
Write creative content, scripts, captions, blogs, and campaign copies.
Develop content ideas for influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
Write engaging scripts for reels, YouTube, and other digital content.
Research trends, audiences, brands, and social media formats.
Work closely with the creative, influencer marketing, and production teams.
Ensure content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with the brand’s tone.
