Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing & Talent Management Intern role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The intern will support day-to-day influencer marketing activities, including identifying and onboarding suitable influencers, coordinating collaborations, and assisting with campaign planning and execution. Responsibilities include managing communication with talent, maintaining databases and performance trackers, and helping with social media content coordination related to influencer campaigns. The intern will assist in drafting briefs, monitoring deliverables, collecting content, and ensuring timely approvals and postings. The role also involves supporting basic reporting and analysis of campaign results, collaborating with internal creative and production teams, and contributing ideas to improve influencer strategy and talent management processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills for interacting with influencers, talent managers, and brand representatives.
Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across platforms.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales and relationship-building skills to help negotiate collaborations, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in tracking deliverables and campaign timelines.
Candidates should be familiar with major social platforms and basic analytics or reporting tools.
Candidates should be pursuing or have completed studies in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field; prior internship experience in influencer or digital marketing is an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production and media environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams.
