Role Description The Research Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Choice4Voice.com’s consumer advocacy work through structured research and content preparation. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reviewing consumer complaints from multiple online sources, verifying information, and organizing data into clear, factual summaries. The intern will assist in converting social media and online grievances into well-researched, compliant articles, ensuring proper source attribution and adherence to platform guidelines. Additional responsibilities may involve basic legal and regulatory research related to consumer rights, tracking complaint resolution status, and coordinating with editorial or legal partners as needed. Qualifications
Strong research and analytical abilities, including the capacity to verify information from multiple sources and synthesize findings clearly.
Solid written communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex issues concisely and maintain a neutral, factual tone.
Basic understanding or interest in consumer rights, legal frameworks, or regulatory compliance, particularly in the digital and e-commerce space.
