Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Research Intern. The Research Intern will collect, review, and verify consumer complaints from multiple sources, including direct submissions and public online content. They will convert raw information into clear, structured notes to support article creation, while ensuring accuracy, proper source attribution, and compliance with platform guidelines. The role involves researching consumer rights, relevant regulations, and grievance redressal processes, and summarizing complex information into accessible insights for internal use. The intern will collaborate with content and legal partners, maintain organized documentation of cases and outcomes, and support ongoing improvement of research methods and data tracking.
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to verify sources, cross-check facts, and synthesize information from diverse online and offline materials.
Clear written communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, well-structured summaries and notes suitable for content and legal teams.
Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive consumer grievances and legal-adjacent information.
Comfort working with online platforms, social media, and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, collaborative documents, project trackers).
