Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Research Analyst at Choice4Voice.com. The Research Analyst will systematically review consumer complaints and public social media posts, verify sources, and convert them into clear, structured articles aligned with the platform’s standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and issue-specific research, analyzing trends in consumer grievances, and compiling data-based insights that support content and advocacy efforts. The role also involves summarizing complex information into accessible language, maintaining accurate records of case status and resolution, and collaborating with editorial and legal partners to ensure compliance and factual integrity. The intern is expected to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to the platform’s goal of informed, transparent consumer advocacy.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistics to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based insights.
Solid research and market research abilities to gather, verify, and synthesize information from diverse online and offline sources.
Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression, to present findings and draft structured, informative content.
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to fact-check information and maintain high standards of accuracy and objectivity.
Familiarity with consumer rights, regulatory frameworks, or legal processes related to grievances is an advantage.
