Role Description The Research Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the editorial and advocacy efforts of Choice4Voice.com. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and gathering consumer complaints and public posts from social media and other online platforms, verifying sources, and organizing information into clear, structured formats. The intern will assist in researching consumer rights, legal frameworks, and grievance redressal mechanisms, and help prepare background notes or briefs that inform articles and educational content. Responsibilities also include monitoring complaint resolution updates, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to ensure content meets transparency, compliance, and ethical standards. Qualifications
