Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all HR functions and supporting a fair, inclusive, and compliant work environment. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating performance reviews, and maintaining HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational values. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns confidentially, and support staff development through training and coaching initiatives. Day-to-day tasks also involve managing HR documentation, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational culture. The individual in this role will work closely with remote team members to promote engagement, well-being, and professional growth.
Qualifications
Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee life cycle administration.
Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and handling sensitive issues with discretion and impartiality.
Knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance practices in remote work environments.
Proficiency in HR information systems, documentation, and using digital tools to manage remote teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and clearly with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple HR initiatives in a virtual setting.
Experience developing and delivering training, workshops, or coaching programs to support staff development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage
