Lead – Quick Commerce

We are looking for a high-calibre Head – Quick Commerce to own and accelerate the company's growth across India's leading quick-commerce platforms.
This is a business-building and growth leadership role, not a traditional Key Account Management position. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with deep hands-on experience across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other emerging Q-commerce platforms.
With Quick Commerce becoming an increasingly important growth engine for FMCG and consumer brands, the role will be responsible for building the channel into a significant and profitable revenue contributor.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall Quick Commerce P&L, revenue and growth agenda.
Develop and execute the Q-commerce strategy across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other emerging platforms.
Build strong relationships with platform Category Managers, KAMs, commercial teams, media teams and supply teams.
Own annual and quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key platforms.
Drive growth through assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, distribution and new product launches.
Lead commercial negotiations around margins, trade spends, discounts, visibility and platform investments.
Work closely with performance marketing to optimise platform media, sponsored listings, ROAS and customer acquisition.
Drive availability, fill rates, replenishment and inventory efficiency across dark-store networks.
Analyse platform-level performance, consumer behaviour, SKU velocity and contribution margins to identify growth opportunities.
Build differentiated strategies for each platform based on its customer base, category dynamics and economics.
Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales to ensure seamless execution.
Build and lead a high-performing Q-commerce/KAM team as the business scales.
Establish strong reporting and performance dashboards covering GMV, revenue, margins, availability, fill rate, ROAS, trade spends and contribution.
Ideal Candidate
6–8 years of overall experience, with significant exposure to E-commerce / Quick Commerce.
At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Q-commerce/e-commerce businesses.
Strong experience working directly with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and/or BigBasket.
Proven track record of scaling Q-commerce revenue, preferably within FMCG, Food, Beverage, D2C or another high-growth consumer category.
Strong understanding of the complete Q-commerce ecosystem — KAM, category management, supply, availability, assortment, trade spends, platform media and performance marketing.
Should be highly sales and commercially oriented, with demonstrated ownership of revenue and profitability.
Experience managing platform P&Ls/JBPs and commercial negotiations is essential.
Strong analytical orientation with the ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
Prior experience in FMCG / snacking / food / beverages would be strongly preferred.
