Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Key responsibilities include administering HR processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves managing employee relations, handling onboarding and offboarding activities, coordinating performance management processes, and assisting with payroll and benefits-related queries in collaboration with relevant teams. The Human Resources Executive will also support recruitment activities, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer letters, while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and labor regulations. This role requires frequent collaboration with management and team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with practical experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Experience using HRIS or HR software, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance applicable to Mumbai and broader Indian regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and support a gender-neutral, non-discriminatory, and inclusive workplace culture.
