Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Specialist role based in Chandigarh. The Travel Specialist will handle end-to-end travel planning for customers, including suggesting destinations, building customized itineraries, and managing bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. The role involves managing both leisure and business travel requests, ensuring accurate documentation, visa guidance, and adherence to any client travel policies. The specialist will respond to inquiries across channels (phone, email, chat), resolve issues such as schedule changes or cancellations, and provide proactive updates. This person will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure competitive pricing, maintain high service standards, and support continuous improvement of TripzyGo’s travel offerings.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including end-to-end itinerary planning and handling multi-leg, international, and complex trips.
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle escalations professionally.
Experience managing Business Travel, including policy-compliant bookings, corporate profiles, and cost-optimized travel solutions.
Minimum 1–6 years of experience in a travel agency or travel-tech environment; prior experience in a senior or lead travel consultant role is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh , handle high volumes during peak seasons, and manage priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused startup environment.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and comfort working with AI-driven tools and digital workflows.
Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
