Role Description The Travel Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves managing end-to-end travel planning for customers, including preparing itineraries, coordinating visas, flights, hotels, and activities, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. The Travel Specialist will interact with travelers via phone, email, and chat, understand their preferences and budget, and recommend tailored travel solutions aligned with TripzyGo’s offerings. The role includes handling business travel and leisure travel inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Travel Specialist will collaborate with operations, product, and partner teams to optimize travel options, uphold service standards, and contribute feedback to improve TripzyGo’s travel services.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including itinerary creation, bookings, and vendor coordination.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage travelers, address queries, and handle escalations professionally.
Experience managing Business Travel, corporate itineraries, and policy-compliant bookings is beneficial.
Prior experience in travel agencies, tour operations, or travel-tech platforms is an advantage.
Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online booking platforms; ability to learn new software quickly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
