Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Chandigarh, India. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates, ensuring smooth and compliant processes. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, coordinating performance management cycles, and assisting with payroll inputs and benefits administration. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters such as grievance handling, engagement activities, and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive workplace culture. Additionally, this role will collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment, conduct initial screening, and help drive HR initiatives that support organizational growth and employee development.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources (HR) foundation, including HR Management , recruitment and HR Operations skills.
Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and communication.
Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in line with local labor regulations and company standards.
Proficiency with HR systems and tools, basic data reporting, and attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a startup or tech-driven environment is beneficial, along with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
