About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the visual identity of the brand across packaging, retail, digital, and customer touchpoints.
This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
Ensure visual consistency across all channels.
Act as custodian of the brand's visual language.
Brand Assets
Create:
Brand decks
Sales presentations
Distributor presentations
Marketing collateral
Trade show materials
Packaging Design
Develop packaging concepts for new launches.
Design labels, cartons, gift sets, and discovery kits.
Coordinate with vendors and printers.
Marketing Creatives
Design campaign creatives and launch materials.
Support digital marketing and ecommerce requirements.
Create website and landing page assets.
Visual Merchandising
Design retail displays and POSM materials.
Create store branding assets and tester displays.
PR & Gifting
Design influencer kits, gifting boxes, and PR hampers.
Create premium unboxing experiences.
Leadership
Guide junior creatives and external agencies.
Review and improve creative output quality.
Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing teams.
Requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing premium or luxury design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience with packaging and print production.
Knowledge of Figma and UI design preferred.
Experience with beauty, luxury, fragrance, or fashion brands preferred.
