Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves designing and producing visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, print materials, and web projects, ensuring consistency with client and internal brand guidelines. The Graphic Design Specialist will collaborate with marketing, web development, and project teams to translate creative briefs into compelling graphics, logos, and layouts. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining design concepts, performing image editing and retouching, preparing files for print and digital use, and maintaining an organized asset library. The role also includes participating in client discussions, incorporating feedback, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create professional layouts and visual concepts.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual guidelines.
Proficiency in Image Editing and optimization for print and digital platforms.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
Ability to interpret briefs, present design ideas clearly, and incorporate constructive feedback.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Portfolio demonstrating a range of branding, logo, and marketing design work; experience in agency or consultancy settings is an advantage.
