Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Personal Secretary to the Managing Director at Eunoia Designtech. The role involves managing the Managing Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner. The Personal Secretary will prepare reports, presentations, and documents; maintain records and files; and ensure follow-up on action items and commitments. The role also includes organizing internal and external meetings, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and supporting the Managing Director with confidential and strategic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help streamline daily operations, prioritize tasks, and provide proactive administrative and personal assistance to enable effective decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support the Managing Director’s daily activities and priorities.
Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing documentation, filing, scheduling, and office coordination.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional client and stakeholder interaction.
Relevant experience in a similar executive support or senior administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or consulting environment.
High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email and calendar applications) and comfort with basic digital communication platforms.
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
