Role Description The Healthcare Voice Process - Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves supervising a team handling inbound and outbound healthcare-related calls, ensuring accurate information, courteous service, and timely resolution of queries. The Lead will monitor call quality, guide team members on communication standards, and help address escalations related to patient inquiries, appointments, and service support. The Lead shall also be in charge of telesales (outbound) and shall ensure targets have been achieved.
Qualifications
The candidate shall have prior experience in leading a team in a voice process esp healthcare
The candidate shall have fluency in English, Tamil and Hindi (all three mandatory), and additional languages
The candidate shall have experience in telesales
Willing to relocate closer to Arumbakkam
