Role Description The Video Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing video content that showcases the company’s properties, brand values, and customer stories. This includes shooting on-site footage, creating promotional videos, walk-throughs, and social media content, as well as collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align visual assets with campaign goals. The role involves managing the end-to-end video production process, including post-production, basic sound design, and optimizing videos for different digital platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring regular presence at project locations and the company office for coordination and content creation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia for planning, shooting, and structuring engaging visual stories.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production for assembling footage, color correction, sound syncing, and delivering polished final outputs.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Motion Graphics to create titles, simple animations, and visually appealing overlays for marketing and promotional content.
Candidates should possess familiarity with industry-standard video and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, along with a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video work, would be beneficial.
