Role Description The Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves guiding clients through property selection, investment opportunities, and purchase processes, ensuring that their needs and budget are carefully considered. The Property Advisor will conduct site visits, present property options, and explain key features, benefits, and financial implications. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, maintaining property listings, coordinating with property owners and internal teams, and supporting documentation and closing formalities. The role also requires staying informed about local market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes to provide accurate, up-to-date advice and build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Property Management knowledge to oversee listings, coordinate site visits, and support transaction processes.
Candidates should possess Investments and Finance awareness to explain property investment potential, pricing, and payment plans.
Candidates should possess basic negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills to close deals ethically and efficiently.
Candidates should possess familiarity with local real estate regulations and market trends in Kolkata.
Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
Relevant experience in real estate advisory, sales, or brokerage is preferred; a formal degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
