Telecaller – Work From Home

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in a Work From Home role. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with customers/candidates, explaining products or services, handling queries, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/candidates. - Explain company services, offers, and opportunities clearly. - Generate and follow up on leads. - Handle customer queries professionally. - Maintain accurate call and follow-up records. - Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets. - Build positive relationships with customers. - Follow up regularly with interested leads. - Coordinate with the sales/HR team when required. - Maintain professional communication over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. - Confident and polite telephone manner. - Basic computer and smartphone knowledge. - Ability to work independently from home. - Previous telecalling, sales, customer service, or BPO experience is an advantage. - Freshers can also apply.
