Role Description The Product Management Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the development and improvement of e-commerce products and features. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in defining product requirements, gathering user feedback, and helping analyze product performance data. The intern will conduct market research on rural and emerging markets, benchmark competing solutions, and support the creation of product roadmaps and documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing will be expected to ensure product initiatives are aligned with user needs and business goals. The role also involves preparing reports, presentations, and summaries for stakeholders to support informed product decisions.
Qualifications
Ability to support product planning and execution using Product Management and Product Strategy skills.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess product performance, and derive actionable insights.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly.
Experience or coursework in Market Research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Interest in e-commerce, rural development, or technology for social impact.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online project tools).
