Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Public Relations Intern at Digistall – Your Gateway to E-Commerce. The intern will support the development and distribution of press releases, assist in managing media outreach, and help maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets. Day-to-day tasks include drafting PR materials, coordinating with internal teams to gather information, monitoring media coverage, and updating contact lists and PR reports. The intern will also contribute to strategic communication initiatives, support social media messaging aligned with PR activities, and help prepare briefing documents for external communications. This role offers exposure to mission-driven work focused on rural technology and e-commerce, under the guidance of experienced team members.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Public Relations and Media Relations.
Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Strategic Communications.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
Relevant coursework or experience in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
Interest in rural development, technology adoption, and e-commerce is an advantage.
Basic familiarity with digital tools, social media platforms, and office productivity software.
