Role Description The Product Management Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the development and enhancement of Digistall’s e-commerce products and features. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in gathering and organizing user requirements, performing market and competitor research, and helping define product improvements that support rural businesses. The intern will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine feature specifications, prepare documentation, and track progress against product roadmaps. Additional responsibilities include analyzing user data, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to experiments or pilots that improve product usability and adoption. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in product management in a mission-driven, technology-enabled environment.
Qualifications
Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Product Management and Product Strategy.
Ability to conduct Market Research and interpret findings to support product decisions.
Solid Analytical Skills for working with data, metrics, and user feedback.
Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and ability to work independently with guidance.
Interest in rural development, digital inclusion, or e-commerce is highly beneficial.
Basic familiarity with product management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task trackers, documentation platforms) is a plus.
