Role Description The Export Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new international markets, managing existing export clients, and driving sales growth for SSK’s electrical product portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and executing export sales strategies, conducting market research, managing inquiries and negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and documentation. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with overseas distributors and partners, participating in trade shows and industry events, and monitoring competitor activity and market trends. The Export Sales Marketing Manager will also prepare sales reports, forecasts, and marketing plans to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in export sales and international business development, preferably in electrical or related industrial products.
Strong marketing and sales planning skills, including market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy for overseas territories.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for working with global clients and partners.
Solid understanding of export procedures, documentation, INCOTERMS, pricing, and coordination with logistics and shipping teams.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports and forecasts, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in New Delhi with cross-functional teams such as production, finance, and quality to support export operations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple markets, deadlines, and client requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools; additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
Prior experience in B2B sales, distributor management, or channel development is highly beneficial.
