Role Description The Senior Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning across classes, school partnerships, and library services. This full-time, on-site role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region involves managing schedules, coordinating with educators and partner schools, and optimizing processes for student enrollment, class delivery, and book curation. The role includes monitoring operational performance, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and implementing best practices for resource allocation and workflow management. The Senior Operations Executive will also support cross-functional collaboration, address operational issues promptly, and contribute to building scalable systems as the startup grows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities, streamline processes, and support scalable growth.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, partner schools, educators, and families.
Experience in edtech, education services, or startup environments, with a track record of handling multi-stakeholder operations, is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in operations or project management are an advantage.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and use digital tools or software for operations tracking and reporting.
