Role Description The Quality Assurance Intern will support the QA team in maintaining and improving quality standards across CosmoQuick’s processes and platform. This internship role is hybrid, based in India, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in quality control checks on data and workflows, helping document and review internal procedures, and supporting the development and implementation of quality assurance guidelines. The intern will help prepare and organize quality audit materials, track and report identified issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in quality management within a fast-paced, technology-enabled marketplace environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to support consistent process and product standards.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to help maintain documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement activities.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) where applicable, especially for structured, compliance-driven workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to assist with internal reviews, compliance checks, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with basic data analysis tools, documentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software), and general IT literacy is beneficial.
